Apollo consists of Two (2) Levels with over 4,500 sqm of dining space in total - tucked inside a
historical European mansion. The club takes pride for being the first establishment in Northern
China specializing in Teppanyaki cuisines, thus a high attention of details was paid to the
design of its custom Teppanyaki stations, with specialist cooktop material being imported from
Germany and fabricator in Taiwan. The planning inherited the layout of its historical nature with
minimal interruption to its original fabric, providing ample private dining rooms which offers
complete privacy for its elite patrons. Level 2 utilizes a more neutral and sophisticated palette
to compliment its fine dining experience. In addition, a dedicated featured tea room which pays
respect to the Chinese tea culture, at the same time, endorsing its unique history.
